About Ruben Perez
We bought this vacation home because we love everything Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding area has to offer. We’ve skied Mammoth for several years and we look forward to enjoying many years of skiing and snowboarding with our family. We also enjoy fishing in the many surrounding lakes, biking, hiking, and capturing the beauty and geology through photography and our memories.

Why Ruben Perez chose Mammoth Lakes
We chose Helios mainly because of the wonderful community and its proximity to the Village, Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Shuttles, and the Gondola that provides immediate access to Canyon Lodge. Our Helios townhome has a fantastic layout and great amenities. Also, after having to dig our car out of the snow way too many times, we wanted a place with covered parking.
