The home is located in the Yacht and Tennis Club of St Pete Beach. A much sought after destination offering many amenities and 24 x 7 gated security. The Constellation, which is the building our home is located, is the best of all four buildings in the community. The Constellation was named after the America's Cup winner in 1964 and compliments the community’s nautical theme. The building has gone through numerous upgrades including new lobby, two elevators, walkways and is freshly painted. The unit’s location within the building has great water views off its balconies. As an added benefit there is a overhang which helps shelter you on those raining days.

When entering our home your eyes will be immediately drawn to the expanded ICW water vistas, beach-side neighborhoods and gulf via the floor to ceiling glass panel doors. When the weather is right, open the sliders for fresh air and a cool breeze for an unobstructed view! The balcony overlooks the community’s beautifully manicured grounds which includes a tennis courts, pond, fountain, community pool and center, hot tub, gazebo and shuffleboard courts. You can spend many relaxing hours and gaze at all the boat, paddle boarders, and wildlife activity as they traverse the ICW’s blue green waters.

The kitchen has new maple cabinets with a seating area to enjoy additional gulf views with your morning coffee. All new GE Stainless steel appliances including a large (25 cu ft) refrigerator with filtered in-door ice/water dispenser, glass top convection range with bridge and warming burners, wall mounted microwave, and full stainless dishwasher. The home also has an in unit new GE washer and dryer for your convenience.

The main bedroom includes a lux tropical motif with a hand-carved king-size palm leaf bed, matching tropical bedding with 540 thread count linens, armoire and large dresser. There is plenty of closet space with one large walk-in and a separate linen closet. There is also a private tiled bath with walk-in shower with seating. Also included in the master suite is a wall mounted 47” Smart HD LCD TV.

The second large bedroom’s decor is in beach cottage motif with two Full Size wicker beds, coastal bedding and matching night stand and dresser. There is a wall mounted 32' LCD TV.

You and your guests will enjoy dinner at the lovely rattan styled glass top table, matching chairs and hutch server.

The living area has a new 60” wall mounted HD LCD SmartTV with expanded channel lineup. You can check your Facebook page from this TV as well as experiment with the many other apps if so inclined. You’ll also love the comfort of our coaches and admire the glass top tropical palm tables. If you have an additional overnight guest and need more room, just remove the throw pillows and you have another option for at least one more.

There is a storage unit off the first level which includes courtesy beach chairs, umbrella and even a bucket pail and shovel to create your sandcastle dream. If you do bring a vehicle you'll find space outside and washing your car was never so much fun right on the ICW water’s edge!
