About David

I am an optometrist who bought this condo for future retirement. My wife and I chose this area of Mexico because it has many great restaurants. It is close to the airport and a superstore grocery. Most importantly, people here are friendly and welcoming. Until we retire, we are happy to share our second home with others.

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful gated community. It has beachfront, 8 pools, spa, tennis, restaurant and bar. It's quiet, yet family-friendly.

What makes this condo unique

We will donate 10% to the local orphanage. We feel it is important to give a little back! It is so easy to forget those in need.

Bucerias is a quaint, but very active Mexican town. There are typical on-the-street restaurants, a town square with weekend activities, and lots of shops. There are also many beachfront restaurants that are very reasonable priced.

I rent my condo at different rates base on size of group and season.

Low Season week
May -Nov: 1 BR $800, 2 BR $850, 3 BR $900, 4 BR $950.
High Season week
Dec -April: 1 BR $1300,2 BR $1400,3 BR $1500,4 BR $1600

Shorter stays:subtract 10% for each night less than 7.
Longer stays: add 10% for each extra night.

Monthly rate is about 2.5 weeks.
10% Donated to a Local Orphanage, except monthly.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We had a wonderful time in punta esmeralda at this condo, it was great, had a really nice view to the ocean, my family and I were very happy. The condo had everything needed and it was very confortable.
The owner was always ready and wiling to help us, he is a really nice person.
We would like to come back for sure.
