2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo

La Sirena has 3 buildings; our condo is located on the entire second floor of the middle building. It features marble floors, mexican tiled kitchen and bath, with the master bedroom having its own bath. All appliances are new and full size. The balcony extends across the entire front of the building, allowing for views over the pool to the ocean. We are located in an area with upscale homes, close enough to town to walk, yet far enough for peace and quiet.
About The Owner

I live in Northwestern Wisconsin, a beautiful state with brutal winters. I started vacationing in Mexico in the 1980s and have always wanted to have a place to call my own.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1998
Why The Owner chose Puerto Morelos

After searching extensively, Puerto Morelos and La Sirena was a decision made in 24 hours. Once you see this property you will understand why. We lost it in 2006 to Hurricane Wilma, and chose to rebuild. It is now new and improved, and I was able to implement my own ideas for the ambiance of the interior. The town itself is warm and welcoming, and has actually been declared a national park to preserve its beauty, particularly the reef.

What makes this condo unique

La Sirena is a small complex, with only 3 buildings and a total of only 9 units. This affords a tranquil atmosphere.

Puerto Morelos is a small, quaint town with a true Mexican flair, yet many amenities. It is one of the oldest towns on the coast, and began as a fishing village. The reef is so close that you can see the waves breaking on it from shore. This affords incredible snorkeling, diving and fishing opportunities, and prevents us from getting the pounding surf that Cancun and Playa have. There is frequently live music in the square, and many local artists exhibiting their work. The choice of food is diverse and well as delicious! Once you've been there, you will want to go back....

Paradise in Puerto Morelos

This is a beautiful condo in a clean and quiet complex that is extremely close to the beach. The views are spetacular. The walk in to town is nice and easy along the beach. The town is quaint yet still has several nice restaurants.

We are already planning our return trip for next year.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
