An in ground pool is being built this spring. The pool will be ready for use by May of 2013.

Recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house on a 3 acre wooded lot in the heart of Michigan's Harbor country. Nestled in a densely wooded area this property offers quiet and tranquility. Close to Union Pier Rd. the home offers excellent access to area beaches, shopping, dining and activities. Downtown New Buffalo is a short ten minute drive away. The closest beach is 2 miles away with several other area beaches less than five minutes away.

We had a great weekend and really enjoyed this lovely home! I believe many of the guests wanted to stay indefinitely! The home is fantastic and we were delighted by all of the thoughtful touches and amenities. It is evident that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the stay.

Great family-friendly house!

My family had a great experience at this house. It was in great condition with new fixtures and appliances. It is very well maintained. The lot is surrounded by wooded area in a great location. It is close to the beach (5 min drive), but still private. We had four children with us ranging in age from 1-9 years old and they loved the house as well. We particularly liked the set up of the master bedroom for a family with young kids-- it has a second bed that pulls out for two people so that the kiddos can sleep in the same room with their parents. There were also some books & toys and kid-friendly seating-- as well as baby/toddler friendly items like a booster seat and pack n play.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We rented this property for the Thanksgiving Holiday 2012. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. Everything we needed was provided! The fire-place was very nice to sit around at night. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the modern kitchen made cooking away from home a breeze. Beach is just a few minutes away..We want to go back and would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
