Why pay a fortune to stay in the centre of Rome if you can stay for less in the heart of green and tranquility just 25 minutes from main attractions? Enjoy this large apartment and admire the extended view over a park both from all the windows and from the big terrace.

You will immediately fall in love with this bright, modern and spacious apartment. The accommodation is located at the 4th and last floor with elevator and comprises: 2 double bedrooms, a living area where the couch can be used as a double bed, the kitchen, 2 bathrooms one with a comfortable shower enclosure and the other one with a jacuzzi extra large tub.

The location is in a quiet residential area, just in front of a private park, close to the famous and antique Via Aurelia. Villa Doria Panphili with its monuments, statues and historical demurs is just 10 minutes walking. You can benefit during most part of the year (due to Rome warm weather) the uniqueness of the 80 sqm. Possibility of free parking in front.

Soggiorno molto gradevole!

Abbiamo passato 6 notti in questo grazioso appartamento. Internamente è molto comodo e funzionale. Molto luminoso e gli ambienti sono ampi. Comfort assicurato grazie alla presenza di tanti elettrodomestici utili. Unica mancanza ( ma è un dettaglio) lettore DVD-cd...i nostri bambini si avevano portato la scorta di nuovi DVD! Grande gentilezza e disponibilità di Cecilia e Giulio. Dentro non manca niente: sapone, carta igienica, olio, sale, spezie!
Posizione: bella zona tranquilla. Lontano dal centro ma raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Il bus "H" dal centro molte volte non lo abbiamo potuto prendere perché era letteralmente pieeeeno! Erano i giorni di capodanno! Meglio prendere il tram 8 e poi cambiare, anche se risultava un po' lungo.
Parcheggio esterno difficile da trovare la sera. Noi abbiamo spostato la macchina 3 volte e sempre trovato posto ma lontano 300 metri.
Soggiorno molto piacevole!

Perfect apartment & location within 25 mins of Rome City centre by bus or tram. Only €3 return daily or €24 for 7 day pass on all buses, trams & metro.. Good variety of shops & restaurants locally. Apartment in quiet, well equipped and with good views. Large terrace for use when weather warmer so no need to rush our site seeing as very comfortable & has homely feel. Owner on site so all the help you need to ensure no problems and information at your finger tips. Only small point is that TV limited for english speaking channel choice & no music source available but its Rome so not that important really considering what's on offer otherwise. Fully recommend to anyone.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Rom

Wir haben im November 10 wunderbare Tage in der schönen und gut gepflegten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Orientierung durch Cecilia über alle Details (Wohnung, Verkehrsmittel, Sehenswürdigkeiten) war sehr hilfreich und ihr Engagement wirklich ausserordentlich. Die Räume sind grosszügig und schön eingerichtet. Bei schönem Wetter konnte die grosse Terrasse genutzt werden, die eine Aussicht ins Grüne ermöglichte. Von der Reservierung über die Abholung am Flughafen und die bereit gestellten Getränke, Bustickets usw. hat alles zuverlässig und wie versprochen funktioniert. Es fehlte fast an nichts, einzig die im Angebot erwähnte Kaffemaschine haben wir vermisst. Der Espressokocher war für uns drei leidenschaftliche Kaffee-Trinker ;-) ungenügend. Wir haben uns aber mit der Bar in der Nähe beholfen, welche sehr empfehlenswert ist. Im Quartier gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einige preiswerte Restaurants.
