The Alpine Chalet at Incline is a spacious 2800 square foot fully-equipped free-standing vacation home with filtered Lake views. The home comfortably accommodates 14 (max 12 adults/2 children) on three separate levels - complete with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The chalet has recently been remodeled and stylishly decorated with custom themes and comfortable furnishings. The home is located in the heart of Incline Village, Tahoe’s quintessential year-round vacation setting for people with recreation and relaxation in mind. You will find an abundance of specialty retail and grocery stores and a number of diverse restaurants within a 2 mile radius of the property. Additionally, several area amenities including Diamond Peak Ski Resort (1/2 mile), the Hyatt Casino (1 mile) and the Incline private beaches (2 to 4 miles) are in close proximity to the chalet.
The Alpine Chalet at Incline is nestled on a cul-de-sac with soaring pine trees and filtered lake views. With over 2800 square feet, the house is ideally suited for large families or a perfect retreat for a group of friends. The following is a brief description of each level of the chalet:
The lowest level of the house sleeps six in two bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full size bed with a twin bunk over it and a twin trundle that pulls out if needed underneath it). It is complete with a full bath and a large rec room.
The spacious rec room has a slate pool table, sectional couch (with pull out full size sleeper), 52' big screen TV/home theatre and a wet bar complete with a small refrigerator and microwave. The rec room is themed in the traditional Tahoe style complete with hardwood and slate floors, knotty pine wood wainscoating and beamed ceilings.
This level can be accessed through a seperate outdoor entrance or through an interior door connected to the upper levels of the house.
This is the main living space of the chalet and is entered from the cul-de-sac or garage. It is complete with a full kitchen and dining room which open into the living room. Additionally you will find a large mud room complete with a desk (Wi-Fi through out the house), benches, large coat closet and the washer-dryer. The kitchen is a cook's dream as it is well stocked with all of your cooking needs and complete with a dining area that seats up to 14. The kitchen was completely remodeled with hickory cabinets, granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances including a double oven and a large island style breakfast bar.
The crowning touch to this level is the spacious living room which can comfortably accomodate your whole group. The Living room is complete with vaulted beamed ceilings, antique decor, new furniture including two leather settee's in front of the large gas fireplace, a 52' flat screen TV/Home Theatre all of which is facing a window wall of sliding doors to the deck. The deck spans the length of the house and has panoramic views of the lake through the pine trees. Don't forget to make use of the seasonal patio furniture and catch a breathtaking Tahoe sunset or sunrise!
The third and top level has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six. The Master Bedroom is truly fit for royalty as it has a king bed, a private master bath, and a window with a terrific lake view. Two additional bedrooms with traditional chalet style balconies that face the cul de sac are located on this level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full size bed both sharing a full bath (recently remodeled).

A bunch of family members decided to purchase the chalet to use it all year round. We already have a ton of great memories and really enjoy the chalet and the area.

After vacationing in the Tahoe area for several years we really enjoyed the Incline Village area as there are a ton of amenities including the beaches, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, restaurants, the Casino, etc.
Plus it is the closest Tahoe area to Reno and the airport.
The chalet needed a bit of work when we first purchased it in 2004 but we have virtually remodeled the entire chalet.
It is very comfortable and really set up for large groups with the Lower Rec room and upper Living and Dining Areas.
The chalet is located in a private development plus our home is on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic.
Additionally, the community private pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts are a great amenity that we use all of the time
