What’s Included:
- The Villa is fully furnished well equipped with all basic small appliances - generally in both kitchens - coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, hand mixer, electric can opener, mixing bowls, gas BBQ.
Also included are supplies for about a week - Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, tea,milk, butter, sugar, salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo, mustard, laundry detergent, bleach, dishwasher detergent, cooking oil, vinegar, etc.
An extra set of sheets for each bed are in each bedroom.
- Country Club. Rental of our Villa includes full access to and use of the Country Club: Challenging 9-Hole Golf Course, Full Service Spa with hair, nails, massage, sauna, steam room, pool and exercise room, Restaurants and Bars, Tennis and Racquetball - All facilities except the Members Lounge, which is reserved exclusively for Members. (User fees not included.)
- Cable TV and Wireless Broadband Internet access are included. An AppleTV is available for iPad, iPhone, iPod users.
- Security and Privacy is provided 24/7 by Gate Guards and Security Patrol

The Lower Level provides a spacious and very comfortable Guest Suite with two large Queen bedrooms, a private full bath, large screen TV and desk, plus very large closets. Sliding glass doors lead to a second, private, covered patio with incredible mountain, valley, and golf views.
Two Private Spacious Covered Decks (patios) - One on each level - have breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and are perfect spots for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.

We do not allow smoking in our Villa, so you can be assured of a clean, odor free home. (Caution, violation of our no-smoking policy can result in loss of your Damage-Security deposit.)

A major expansion of the airport in David (DAV) is nearing completion and we anticipate that non-stop flights to the U.S. will soon be available. If you arrive through David Airport, you can rent a car upon arrival. Driving to Boquete here is easy and gives you the opportunity to see all of our incredible scenery.

To get to Boquete From David
From Pan-American Highway - Head north on the road that is just past Perez Toyota or
If you're shopping in Rey's Mall - Come out of the 'Mall' on the West side (Not on the Pan-Am Highway) and take a right turn.
There's some construction (isn't there always) going on with the Boquete Highway, and you'll need to follow the detour signs which will eventually take you to the Boquete Highway.
Boquete is about 35-40 minute drive.
Coming into Boquete You'll see two banks (Global) on the right and a Delta Service Station on the left.
- Turn Left at the Delta Service Station.
- Go to the end - (about 3 blocks) Turn Right
- Go 2 blocks and Turn Left.
- Follow that road to the Valle Escondido Guard Gate.
- The Guards will have your name. If they don't, just tell them you are going to Sabor (Restaurant)
- After clearing the Guard Gate - go about 50 yards - Pass the Sales office on your left.
- Make two hard left turns and then a quick right turn up the hill.
- Going up the hill bear right.
- You'll then see a long row of Villas - there are two Villas in each building. Your Villa is in the second building.
Resort ID Cards: You can pick up your resort cards to use for spa facilities, pools, work out room, tennis, miniature golf, golf etc. at Valle Escondido Finance Office located behind the Sabor Restaurant. Bring your PASSPORTS. The cards are for your identity, and there is a charge of $25 for each card which must be paid at the time of pickup.
Payment for any food or services must be made by cash or credit card.
- The outdoor pool is in the back of Hotel, go through lobby.
- Spa, hair/nail salon, exercise/ workout room, massage etc. are in the Pool/Spa Building - See below for more details about the Spa.
Golf: Because we are golf members, there is no fee for you to play golf. For non-members the fee would be $36.00.
