The addition of the HUGE lower level can be included for $100 per nite (separated by a locked door from main hall). This option adds 1600 square feet to include 4th bedroom, 3rd full bath, 2nd kitchen area, rec room with TV, pool table, backgammon table, kids play area with play kitchen, dress ups, legos, puzzles, games, and hours of childs play. Lower Level has a Double Bed in 4th bedroom. Two daybeds also in lower level. Air mattress,Toddler Bed & Pack & Play also available upon request.

Should you have the need for a larger gathering we have booked stays in this home AND our detached Grey House next door. How wonderful it has been for families to combine and share 2 homes totaling 5600 sq ft with 3 kitchens, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 garages, and an awesome play area for the kids (adults love the pool table too!). We even have in-town Spring Wedding guests that have reserved both homes to stay in plus create a special memory by baking the wedding cake together in our BIG beautiful kitchens!
