2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom With Beautiful Views Of Water And Golf Course.

Condo has a very roomy feel with large master suite. 2nd bedroom with adjoining bath. 3rd room could be bedroom or den/office. Nice 2 car garage. Just steps from the front door is a beautiful pool which has an exercise room, hot tub, and private baths. For additional enjoyment, you can take a short walk to the burnt store golf and activity club which is open to the public and offers dining, golf, and many other activities. The condo is a short drive to punta gorda which offers shopping and restaurants and just 20 miles north of ft. Myers. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen and cozy breakfast area as well as a very open living and dining area. The lanai area has a beautiful 9th hole water view. The esplanade condo at burnt store are very well maintained and have beautifully maintained surroundings.

My husband and I chose the Burnt Store area because we enjoy the peacefulness of the location and desire the options that being close to Ft. Myers or Punta Gorda can bring. We like being able to spend the day at the beach or eat out at many of the nearby restaurants.

When we were looking at property in Florida, we had friends living at Burnt Store Marina that encouraged us to take a look at what it had to offered. It is a beautiful location with a large marina and restaurant on site and many other amenities that allow a visitor or resident to stay as busy or relaxed as they choose to be.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is only 7 years old and has a very open floor plan that gives you the feel of a much larger space. The design flows well and our unit is positioned perfectly in front of the pool and the 9th hole. We have a water view from the master bedroom and lanai. We are also just steps away from the Burnt Store Golf Club where dining is a pleasurable experience. We also have a very large 2 car garage which allows room for a vehicle, golf cart, or storage.

We have used VRBO for vacation rentals all over the Punta Gorda area. After reviewing the listing, we had high expectations and they were exceded in every respect. This place has it all...HDTV, internet, room for all to spread out and a large corner lanai with great views of the golf course and lake.The pool was quite handy, not crowded and the other guests were very friendly and helpful . It was very nice to have the parking garage, and all the cooking utensils and supplies you would need. This is a tremendous value for the level of amenities. We enjoyed our month long stay so much we have already made inquiry for our future stays. Thanks Teresa.......
