As you walk into the condo, you will immediately feel the openness of the condo, as the Patio, Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are set apart only by a 3-stepped staircase. You can choose to relax on a lounge chair and/or enjoy a sunset dinner by the patio. Alternatively, just sit back on a leather recliner or feather down sofas sipping wine in front of a flat screen TV atop a working fireplace in the Living Room. In the meantime, the Master Chef will not miss out on any of the family actions in the open kitchen and dining area. Your privacy will also not be compromised by other invited guests who undoubtedly love the modern powder room adjacent to the laundry closet.

As the bamboo wooden floor leads you up to the 3 bedrooms upstairs, the Master bedroom (a.k.a. the Blue Room) opens up to a private balcony where you can secretly enjoy a well-deserved solitude. Other family members or friends are also treated with an unobstructed view of the Del Mar Racetrack and the Pacific Ocean in the 2nd bedroom.
