Best location in South Palm Springs. Gated in the modern Biltmore Colony. Pool and clubhouse, outside BBQ kitchen area and gym. Close to downtown, hiking and bike trails, PS Tramway and Thursday night's outdoor streetfair.

Car: recommended

Biltmore Colony is ideally located less then a mile from downtown Palm Springs, fine dining, shopping, airport, golfing, Knott's Water Park and the famous Palm Springs Tramway. Within 2 hours from the beaches, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Seaworld and other Southern California attractions.
