Family Location - Sleeps 8 - Shops - Restaurants - Sandy Beach - Water Sports

This lovely apartment is located in the well known El Hoyo Quince apartments close to the lovely beach of Guadalmina. This complex is set in lush gardens and has a very nice pool area and has 24 hour security. There is a spacious and tastefully furnished lounge/dining with access out to the large furnished balcony, which has lovely views overlooking the pool area. There is a large master suite along with 3 large twin bedrooms, each with access to a balcony and one with en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has good storage. There is also a further shower room off the main hallway which is shared with other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is bright and well equipped and also has a handy utility area. The apartment is just minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. There is parking underground if required.

Golfing:: Guadalmina Golf is very close to the apartment

Shopping:: Day to day shopping facilities are within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Quadalmina is located in a quiet location between San Pedro and Estapona and is convenient to lots of leisure

facilities including an abundance in choice of championship Golf Courses. Guadalmina Golf is very close to the apartment. Marbella with it's terrific Old Town is 15 minutes drive away and the bustling port of Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive where there is an abundance of restaurants, bars and of course the infamous El Cortes Ingles department store which sells just about everything. There is a super Saturday market near the bull ring all year round and well worth a visit. San Pedro with its quaint streets and squares is within easy access. Local shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute stroll and the beach is just 5 minutes away. The fantastic Selwo Animal Safari Park is not far and a must see for all ages.

Everything was perfect! The house and the complex are in a very good area, good idea to have car! Very peaceful and relaxing. The beach is good but with stones. I recommend it and i will be back
