Spacious 3 bedroom villa sleeps 7, 8x4 private pool close to all amenities

Stunning Villa set in a natural environment surrounded by vine yards woodlands and Camargue horses. A 15 minute cycle into the Medieval town of Aigue Mortes which is 3.5 km from the closest Mediterranean beaches.The Villa has a fully managed 8x4 m swimming pool and lawn garden. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with bunk beds;;and a pull out single bed. A family bathroom with bath and shower and two toilets.

Large terrace area with patio table and chairs BBQ sun loungers and a Mosquito defender so you can enjoy evenings on the patio without fear of being bitten. A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher ,washing machine ,dryer, microwave oven and hob and large American style fridge/freezer. The Villa has internet access , UK TV channels , DVD and CD player. The pool is from 1.2 to 1.6 m in depth and there is an automatic watering system in the garden. In the lounge there is a dining table and 8 chairs...

The Villa is located on a quiet country road..just outside the town of Aigues Mortes at the entrance to the Carmargue.The Villa is not overlooked and has beautiful views of Carmargue Horses..and is surrounded by vineyards.. The Villa is close to the main shopping area of Super U and Inter Marche..only 2 minutes by car.

Walking leisuraly along the canal you will be in the Medievial Town in 30 minutes...or you can cycle this route..

There are many wonderful walks ..to take and you will be outside the hetic tourist centre..yet close enough to enjoy all the benifits..the town offers..Great Reataurants,Gift Shops, Bars and evening Entertainment.

We have stayed at various villas in the Montpellier area over recent years but this villa was both lovely and in a perfect location. The villa itself had a superb layout with a good sized kitchen and huge American fridge/freezer. This led into the dining area and then lounge with a big, comfortable settee and 2 easy chairs. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathroom adequate. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and using the pool and Twinkle the cat was great company. Brendan was very helpful and keeping in touch via text messages made life much easier. The road where the villa is situated is very quiet and peaceful.

The satellite tv was a bit temperamental when it was windy and could do with a few more channels and the hob needs attention but other than that we had a great holiday and are looking at returning next summer.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten und schöner großer Terrasse in ruhiger und grüner Lage. Lichtdurchfluteter Wohn- u. Essbereich mit drei Terrassenzugängen im Untergeschoss, schöne Schlafräume im OG. Wir hatten drei wundervolle Märzwochen dort verbracht. Ausflüge ans Meer, in die Camargue, die Provence, die Cevennen und größere Städte wie Arles, Montpellier Nîmes vom Hausstandort bestens möglich, so dass vielfältige Aktivitäten von dort aus möglich sind.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

great house for Med beaches, relaxing by pool..

Villa is in a great location just outside the beautiful walled town of Aigues Mortes (AM) and a short drive to a fabulous beach at L'Espiguette. AM is packed full of restaurants and 2 decent supermarkets are only a couple of mins away by car. Amazingly private and secluded for this part of the world and a real bonus, if coming by car, that its only 15 mins from motorway network.

House itself is very spacious and pool a decent size for a family of 6. The boys, and mum and dad, all adored Twinkle the cat and my 10 year old desperately wanted to bring him back to the UK, but I warned him Brendan might notice if his cat went missing on changeover day!

We know France pretty well but house could maybe do with a welcome pack with info on local attractions, bin collection dates etc but this is a minor grumble and house is good value its location .
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This is our 4th visit to Aigues Mortes and our first stay in your Villa.It is in a excellent location as we enjoy walking and found the canal walks you recommended very good. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed. The Pool is wonderful and very beautiful lit up at night. We love the area , the town and the beaches.We hope to return in 2012..

Everything was perfect, your Villa is stunning, and really private.We have had a super time...loved the pool and the mostique defender really makes a difference.La grande motte was our favorite beach..The town is great also good restaurants and plenty to see and do.
