Anfang Januar 2009 waren wir für zwei Wochen Gäste der Villa. Das Objekt beeindruckt sowohl durch seine Seelage, als auch die ausgesprochen komfortable und harmonisch abgestimmte Ausstattung.
Allles befand sich in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
Die Terrasse hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne und auch wenn diese untergeht, hat man auf der Terrasse einen Logenplatz . Besondere Erwähnung verdient die überaus freundliche und sehr kompetente Betreuung durchSascha, dem das wohl der Gäste ein echtes Anliegen ist.
Insgesamt haben wir mit der Wahl des Hauses einen wirklich " guten Griff getan ".
Zu empfehlen wäre der Rumrunner in Cape Coral ( Cape Harbour ) dessen Terrasse sich einfach für einen sundowner anbietet.

Wunderschöne Villa in super Lage

Im September diesen Jahres durften wir Gast in der Villa Grand Cayman sein. Die Villa ist wunderschön und entspricht genau den angepriesenem Angebot. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Einrichtung ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und der Wohlfühlfaktor liegt bei 100%.
Dazu gibts dann noch einen super netten Verwalter, der sich um alles kümmert und jederzeit mit Tipps zur Seite steht.
Die Lage der Villa ist einzigartig. Ruhig an einem See gelegen, kein Fahrzeugverkehr (da Sackgasse) und kein Bootsverkehr.
Alles in allem kann man von einem perfekten Urlaubsdomizil sprechen.

Wir würden uns sehr freuen, in den nächsten Jahren öfters Gast in der Villa sein zu dürfen.
