The decor is absolutely beautiful, making you feel like you are truly at a beach home. Updated kitchen with all the essentials of home including seating for four at the dining table. Home also includes a new large flat screen 40' TV and DVD player, internet, new comfortable king size bed/mattress, in property washer and dryer and private front door parking spot. The premises of Surf Song are pristine with beautiful landscaping and the amenities include grill, heated pool, hot tub, lounge seating, outdoor seating and shuffleboard. Surf Song is a small community – only 28 total units – located only minutes to TimeSquare /DownTown area. From your condo door step, enjoy the Gulf of Mexico beach sand and gorgeous views.
