On this level is the entry area with large coat closet, mud room/laundry room, powder room, great room with gas fireplace, dining room with seating for ten, and gourmet kitchen with two islands. The designer kitchen has Viking Professional 48' side by side refrig/freezer and 48' six burners, grill, and double ovens, along with GE Advantium microwave oven built into the alder cabinets. The first island has the dishwasher, double sink, and seats four. The second island Serves as a bar, also seats four, and has a built in two temperature wine cooler and warming drawer. The kitchen is stocked completely to serve your needs.
The home is heated with radiant heat, and each bedroom temperature is controlled for your comfort.
Going up one flight of stairs you find the loft area with wide screen TV, a linen closet, and two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, and has a walk in closet and large flat screen TV. The master bath has double sinks, a private toilet area, large jetted bath tub, and shower with steam. The other upper bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and bathroom with shower.
The lower level has a family room with large flat screen TV, air hockey and Foosball table. Also the lower level has two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen size bed along with a trundle bed, walk-in closet, and bath with shower. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a walk in closet. The last bathroom has double sinks and a full size tub with shower.
Back to the main level there are french doors that open to the large deck with views of Gore Creek and the Gore Mountain Range. The deck has a gas grill and plenty of lawn furniture for the summer. There are also french doors in the master bedroom that open to a upstairs deck.
The house has cable and wireless internet.
The house is about one block from the Town of Vail bus stop, and about 4 miles from the parking garages in town.
We purchased the house in 1988 and have used it as our own vacation and weekend home. This is the first time we have rented it since the 2007 remodel and addition.
We just love getting away to Vail for skiing and relaxing.
The home is a larger than normal four bedroom property that can give privacy in different areas for adults and children. It is the perfect size for two families that want luxury.
