It is located on one of Venice Beach's nicest and quietest residential streets, 20 minutes from LAX and Hollywood.

It is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, 40” flat screen television, high speed internet access, sleeps 4 on the queen sized beds, with an air mattress for 5th and 6th guest.

Quiet walking neighborhood, centrally located to restaurants, shopping and beach. Amazing eclectic and creative neighborhood on one of southern California's hippest beaches.

About Marcus Hanschen

Doris was born in Hawaii and has lived in Los Angeles for forty years. She has been an independent business woman for decades, and has raised three wonderful children with her husband Stefan and recently welcomed her first grand child into the world. Doris loves Southern California, Venice, its beaches and eclectic attractions and loves to share her knowledge and passion for the area with her clients. Her son Marcus is her partner in managing the Venice property and shares her love of the neighborhood, beach and ocean, as well as the father of her beautiful grand daughter. They look forward to your stay in Venice and welcome you with a spirit of Aloha.
