This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom villa is located in one of the newest Village neighborhoods. The Village of Fernandina is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square (due to open late fall 2012). The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of The Villages. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. And minutes by golf cart to Bradenton Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is professionally decorated with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. (If you choose to cook...there are so many wonderful restaurants in The Villages) The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin size beds. And a tv for your guests enjoyment. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages.

This home comes complete with WiFi and includes two Village resident ID cards (for monthly or longer rentals). With the Village resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and I'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the Villages lifestyle.

Reservation deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Amount varies depending upon the length of stay. Reservation deposit will be applied to the rent.

Balance of rent, cleaning fee and security deposit are due within 30 days of the check in date.

Security fee is refundable within 10 days of the checkout date after a walk thru and inventory check.
Fees And Taxes Cleaning fee of $85 will be added to all reservations

Sales Tax (9%) is included in the rental rate
All Monthly rates INCLUDE 2 Village Resident ID cards
Weekly rates DO NOT INCLUDE Resident ID cards - an additional $50 will be added to the rental rate for ID cards
