Unit 1904 - Not your average vacation home! The owners have spared no expense in making this a one-of a-kind experience for the guest.

The condo was recently purchased and is Decorator furnished in the latest tropical design, complete with colorful art, accessories, and luxury bedding.

1904 has a wonderful location near the tropical lava rock waterfall pool. Just step out from your lanai, walk a few steps and you are there! A BBQ is available at the pool for grilling up your favorites!

About Isabelle and Pierre, owners

Living in Yukon, Canada for over 16 years and where we have 6 to 7 months of long winter, finding our Oasis on the Big Island was a dream come true! We recently purchased the condo and furnished and decorated it for our enjoyment as well as yours. We plan to come often, but when we are not here, we are sharing our Island Oasis with you!

This has the best location close to the tropical resort style pool and waterful makes it truly unique! Waking up in the morning and knowing it will be another sunny day, listening to the waterfall from the pool, and being able to use it in a blink of an eye, makes this place ideal for vacation. Having the A Beach, The King and Queen shops so close by makes it great to just relax in the area.

What makes this townhome unique

We find that we are very well located if we need to visit any other part of the Big Island. Plus, with an average of 350 days of sun per year and the nice local breeze, this place is just so perfect!

When we opened the door to the unit, our kids (ages 11 and 8) were giddy with excitement and so were we! The place is gorgeous, spacious, and has a view of the pool and waterfall.

The kitchen is huge and was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. Love the vaulted ceilings and open feel. The master bath with two sinks spoiled us because it is twice the size of our bathroom at home.

We used the boogie boards, bikes, the gas grill in the pool area, fitness room--we used it all!

This place is the perfect getaway for any age and any reason. It can be a romantic, quiet retreat for two or the home base for a fun family vacation, as it was for us.

Yes, it was. The listiing & photos were accurate & we loved the place, should have stayed longer! Next time. The oasis was well maintained & very clean, plus the villa was "WELL" stocked with everything. Beach towels, snorkel gear, bikes, the kitchen was the BEST I have ever seen in the years we have been renting villas/condos. Added bonus was the first night we arrived late & the villa's kitchen had a few items for the next morning that made getting up worthwhile, some coffee, some sugar, some of the basics in the fridge! Thanks to the owners, I would go back in a heart beat & would recommend this villa to anyone! The villa's location made it a great spot to venture out from & visit all of the Big Island's sites.

C'est un magnifique endroit.Condo très bien aménagé, très propre et bien équipé.
Nous avons profité des vélos, de l'équipement pour faire de l'apnée.C'est un oasis de paix et de tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d’être prés des commodités.Superbe piscine et spa.
Je le recommande aux petite famille et au couple.

We loved are stay at the colony villas. Such a quiet unit. Everything we needed to enjoy the nearby Beaches. Everything was perfect, very pleased. Already planning to come back .
