SPACIOUS LOFT WITH PRIVATE POOL ON THE BAYOU

Spent a week atthe property. The location is great as it puts you squarely in Tarpon Springs with easy accesibility to beaches, trails, downtown and nieghboring towns. Although the property faces the Bayou, the road is very heavily trafficed beginning from 6 am well into the night. The school busses roll by every morning quit early and you hear them in the bedroom. Please note that the bedroom is upstairs and the full bath is downstairs, not the best arrangement for "mature" bladders during the night! The unit offers decent space for two people. It is too small for 4. There is laundry facility so that is great. A basic kitchen-- no dishwasher though. The unit is very dark downstairs due to no windows, just a french door leading outside.The screened in area around the pool makes a nice place to realx , just need to block out that traffic noise. The pool is not heated so it was too cold for us to take advantage of. The amenities of the space a very acceptable, but the place is incredibly dusty and needs a goodthourough cleaning. We rent oftern through VRBO, while this was definitely not one of the best properties we have rented, we would consider returning despite it's shortcomings, butin our estimation the place is worth less in weekly rental we paid and they are currently seeking.
