Located in a very CONVENIENT, WELL-MAINTAINED, QUIET condo complex, McCloud Village, Incline's gold-standard for condo complexes, our 1150 square-foot, one-level condo is in tip-top condition; well-suited for vacationers in any season. It is tastefully decorated, warm and cozy - perfect for couples or families and within easy walking distance of Lake Tahoe and the Incline Village Recreation Center (which has: complete workout facilities; full-size basketball court; heated, indoor, Olympic-size swimming pool; and plenty of group exercise programs).
OUR CONDO has: an entrance way suitable for ski and shoe removal and lots of windows and a skylight for abundant natural light; two bedrooms with high-quality King and Queen size mattresses; one full bathroom attached to the master bedroom; an additional bathroom with a shower; a linen closet, a stacked washer and dryer with all required supplies; a deck off the living room with a beautiful view of the lovely-landscaped, serene, common grounds of McCloud Village; a spacious, vaulted-ceiling dining/living room with: a high-end, 42', flat-panel, TV with a connected Blu-Ray player; gas-fireplace; game table; 2 beautiful sofas near the fireplace; and a dining room table (seats 4-6).
OUR BEDROOMS: are beautifully decorated and each has two end tables, and brand new 32', high-definition, flat-screen, wall-mounted TVs with attached Blu-ray players. There is a King size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second.
OUR KITCHEN: is well-appointed with everything necessary for basic to gourmet cooking, including spices, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, utensils, well-maintained appliances, and all required plates, pots, and pans; the washer/dryer is nearby.
OUR BATHROOMS: have all the towels/wash cloths you'll need with a robust supply of hot water.
OUR DECK: has room to sit, relax, and enjoy the unique Lake Tahoe AMBIENCE.

OUR COMMUNITY: Within Incline Village you will find: a new modern public LIBRARY; a large, modern, fully equipped Recreation Center with an Olympic-sized pool, basketball court, weight/exercise room, and lots of group classes (accessible to tenants at reasonable fees); a small Movie Theater; a full-service Bowling Alley; two private Beaches (accessible to tenants at reasonable fees); an Urgent Care Center; and a full service Hospital.
