Newly constructed in 2009, this two story end unit is a perfect staging point for your Costa Rican vacation. 2 bedrooms upstairs including a master suite with a queen size bed and roll out trundle bed beneath, master bathroom and private deck attached. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top, also with a separate attached full bathroom. Downstairs includes full kitchen, half bathroom, full size washer/dryer, flat screen TV, and broadband internet with WiFi. There are separate A/C units in each room.

The complex has a 24 hour security guard on site, two pools, and an outdoor eating area. It is right in town, so a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, and of course, the beach! Plenty of parking on the street right next to the guard house.

Friendly property management company will arrange maid service and deliver the keys for you. This condo has the most space and best amenities for the price of any in Tamarindo!

Staying in the town of Tamarindo is the perfect way to enjoy Costa Rica. Playa Tamarindo offers excellent surfing, particularly for beginning surfers, and is also close to more challenging conditions for higher skill levels. There are scuba excursions, deep sea fishing, wildlife watching, zip line canopy tours, day trip volcano tours, horseback riding on the beach, and plenty of nightlife spots in town as well.

Amazing unit for the price! Large, clean, and comfortable.

This place is great! Why settle for a small hotel room when you can stay here with more space while spending less?

The description and pictures are accurate. There is tons of space. More than enough for two couples, a family, or a bunch of friends.

There are two pools right outside the door in the courtyards, lounge chairs to work on a tan, and covered seating and tables to avoid sunburn.

It is stocked with dishes, coffee maker, fridge, laundry, and more. I loved being able to make coffee and breakfast at my own pace while still being just a couple minutes from all the restaurants, bars, and the beach.

It made a great base of operations and I can afford to come back to surf next year. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying in this condo. Everything was clean, the condo was well equipped and very comfortable. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and the people in the complex were quiet and friendly. The property management agency staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying in this condo. Tamarindo is super fun!

We were four adults in this fully furnished well climatized condo!
Cute pool in the backyard!!
Five minute walk to the beach.
Secure environment.
Team of gardeners and guard working well on a daily basis.
Good response from the management office.
