3bdrm, 3 1/2 Bath Home, Master Suite And Pool

three bedroom home (all rooms spread out). all rooms have access to a bathroom. 1/2 bath is located off the living room. Home is an open floor plan. all rooms are open (dining room, formal living room, family room, and kitchen). Kitchen has all updated appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor bar/serving window. The pool and patio are covered by a lanai. There is pool access from the master bedroom, master bathroom, second bedroom, and family room. The home is all one level.

Stayed one week February 2 to February 9. Well equipped, clean house in great location and we enjoyed the stay. However owner has not returned security deposit after saying in an email he would send a cheque in a couple of days, and does not respond to further emails and phone calls.

I rented this property from 2/9/2013 to 2/23/2013. It's a very nice home with a good location but I had great difficulty getting the TV to work properly as well as the pool heater.
The owner has not returned my deposit and has not returned my calls, texts or emails regarding the deposit. I do not recommend this property.

This is a nice house which we rented for a week in February, 2013. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a nice pool. The house is in a residential neighborhood about 1/4 mile from the beach.

It was relatively clean and had adequate towels and linens. TV reception in the living room was a constant problem. Bikes were available but tires on both were flat.

Owner has not returned security deposit or phone calls regarding same. I would not recommend.
