Come enjoy your next vacation at The Beach Club. White sand beaches and clear blue skies await you! Relax & unwind at this premier resort situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful Fort Morgan peninsula.

This beautiful condominium is located on the second floor of the Bristol Tower. It comes fully furnished, including linens and towels, and has a large private balcony overlooking the pool and lush tropical landscape.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, access to the 25’ wide balcony and master bath with a tub/shower, dual vanity and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with twin over full bunk beds and has its own private bath. There are tile floors throughout the unit. The living room also has a leather couch that can be converted to a queen size bed, a leather loveseat and a 52” flat screen with DVD player. Both bedrooms have 42” flat screens and DVD players.

The kitchen, with an open view of the living area, has granite counter tops, tiled floor and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with all the utensils, glassware, dishware and cookware you might need along with standard items (refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, range/oven, blender, toaster, etc). The front load washer & dryer are in the adjacent pantry.

A short walk from the condominium is the Beach Club & Spa with fitness center, private lockers, sauna-steam room, outdoor & indoor heated pool, a game room, fitness classes and children’s activities. Elsewhere on the grounds you will find a playground, a basketball court, sand volleyball and eight [Har-Tru] tennis courts.

At the restaurant next door you can find both casual and fine dining options. If you prefer an alfresco meal, the veranda offers a picturesque view of the white sands and gulf. The Village Market & Grill has a small market with groceries, wine & beer and tasty gourmet sandwiches. Next to the market are the Village Mercantile and “Coffee & Cones” where you’ll find a gift shop, soda fountain and ice cream bar - in case you need a break from the sun.

For the golf enthusiast, there are two golf courses nearby. Kiva Dunes, situated on the Gulf, is just around the corner (1.1 miles) and the Peninsula is 11 minutes away.

EXCELLENT CONDO! CLEAN, SPACIOUS, UPDATED.

Stayed for the month of February 2014. Condo was excellent. Very clean and several nice updates. Sensational view of the gulf and pool. Spacious master bedroom and bath. Property amenities were nice as well. Owners were easy to work with - process was easy and received deposit refund promptly upon our return home. Would definitely stay again - highly recommend!!!

ANOTHER GREAT BEACH CLUB EXPERIENCE

We have stayed at this property several times before and have always enjoyed it. As a family with Mom, Dad and two sons 15 & 16, we need a two-bedroom unit. We have always opted for upper floors and have stayed in all four buildings in the past. This time we decided to try a lower floor, as there is sometimes a problem with waiting for elevators at peak times. This particular condo is on the second floor, making it an easy walk up and down for quicker access. We ended up being very happy with this rental. The décor is clean and simple, the floors are all tile which makes it easier to manage the inevitable sand we bring back from the beach. It has a little more square footage than other 2-bedrooms because of its location at the center of the building right over the elevator lobby, making the second bedroom a bit more comfortable. We were a little concerned about noise outside, but with the doors closed it was quiet. It was well-equipped and the owners are thoughtful and were responsive to our questions. We had a card key issue (which happens a lot at the Beach Club) and the owner personally resolved it within 24 hours. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone for a great beach vacation at a terrific property on the Gulf.

VERY NICE & ORGANIZED

The condo was EXTREMELY clean and organized and the unit was updated with very nice furniture and appliances. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions I had regarding the condo. We had two adults and four teenagers in the condo and we still did not feel cramped. The bunk beds are a huge advantage to only having the 2 bedrooms. I would definitely stay in this unit again. There is Wifi for the Beach Club and I even have a Hotspot, but service on the balcony was almost non-existent, but pretty good inside the unit with service about 98% of the time. We purchased entry to the Clubhouse for the week mostly for the gym, but don't know that I would purchase it again. The food was good but we had to wait a very long time and most of the time there was only one bartender at the bar so it took a long time to order a drink. We went to dinner at the Coast Restaurant on the property and it was just alright. We also went to the Village Hideaway on property and it was much better and less expensive and more casual. We went to dinner in Foley at The Steamer late one evening (Tuesday 9pm) and there was no wait and it was good food. Then we drove to Orange Beach and ate at Cosmo's around 7pm Friday and it was a 2.5 hour wait (it was raining so there was no outdoor seating), but the food was good. We rented a kayak and a paddle board with 3 life jackets for the week from Gulf Shore Beach Rentals and they delivered them to the Beach Club and picked them up at the end of the week. We also went parasailing for the first time directly from the beach just past the last boardwalk from the Beach Club and it was a wonderful experience. On your way into Fort Morgan coming from Foley, look in some gas stations for free coupon books. There are tons of coupons for parasailing, jet skis, restaurants, spa, etc. There is also an app called Gulf Beaches that was very helpful. July 4th Beach Club fireworks were awesome from our balcony and were 40 minutes long! FYI, if it matters, no hard alcohol is sold at Walmart or grocery stores, only beer and wine. Hard alcohol is sold at the little convenience store next to the Beach Club entrance, cash only. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Recently remodeled, very clean. Have stayed at BC before and enjoyed the 2nd floor view more than the higher floors. Great place for a tennis/beach vacation! Jason was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

FIRST TIME VRBO RENTER - IT WAS PERFECT!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our group of 5 and the location was excellent. The condo is large and well appointed - special note of thanks for the Keurig coffee machine - I truly felt at home. The bunk beds were a huge hit with our kids and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for meal preparation. The location made for great views, easy access and lovely mornings on the balcony. Michael, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy. We will definitely stay here again!

We paid to access the Beach Club and although the club restaurant wasn't open, outdoor pool wasn't heated and service slow, we were glad we paid the extra money for access to the extra areas. The gym, indoor pool, kid's activities and game room were great for the days it rained.

Overall, the week was great and I would highly recommend!

NICE CONDO

Very clean....very nice condo. Loved the bunk beds for the kids. Beautiful view. Only problem was the key problem the Beach Club was having....this was not the owner's fault. Sometimes keys would work and other times not....frustrating, but Beach Club was working on the problem. But, would definitely stay at this condo again!
