Our family is originally from New Orleans and have lived in beautiful Steamboat Springs for 5 years. We moved from Steamboat Springs to work overseas and are currently living in Santiago, Chile. We have owned this town-home for 3 years and it is managed locally to provide personal service. We get back to beautiful Steamboat every chance we can.
We visited Steamboat Springs for a ski vacation one year and fell in love. We moved here a few years later. The winters here are incredible with endless things to do including downhill skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, snow tubing, snowmobiles, ice skating, hot springs, hot air balloon rides and sleigh rides. The summers in Steamboat are even better with mountain biking, river tubing, horseback riding, hiking, rodeos, hot air balloon rides, swimming, golfing, fishing and white water rafting.
We love this property because it is very close to the ski mountain but at the same time very tranquil and secluded. This is especially apparent during the ski season and holidays when the town is full. This property is ideally located between Rabbit Ears (our favorite place for snowshoeing and cutting our own Christmas trees), the ski mountains of Mount Werner and Howelsen Hill, and beautiful and quaint downtown Steamboat.
