1 Bedroom + Loft, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 5)

2 Story New York style loft, 1200 sq ft with 1 ½ bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances and all amenities. Open, clean and lots of space, wireless and hard wired for internet access.

The upstairs has a sitting area with a coffee table and a television that is connected to the internet via SONY PS3(NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon) The 2 couches fold out into beds,1 king size bed is located upstairs with a work station and reading area. FLOR tiles cover the upper floor. The full size bathroom is located upstairs.

Downstairs has full kitchen with a kitchen table that seats 6, 1/2 bathroom is located downstairs. The Leather couch that configures into a bed with end tables, Ipod Docking station, Vinyl record player and a work station. The full size washer and dryer are located on the 1st floor. exposed concrete floors

1 secured parking space in gated parking lot.

The loft is located in the middle of the East 6th Street Entertainment and Business District. Walk right out the front door to the epicenter of the vibrant and bustling East 6th District; tons of cafes, bars, restaurants, coffee houses, food trailer lots, shops, art galleries and more. This loft is the best location in town! There is a Metro Rail station 2 blocks away.

This is the first loft development complex in Austin, created from an old produce warehouse in the heart of East side Austin. Very unique and great place to stay.

Beautiful loft in the heart of Austin

In my second trip to Austin, I wanted to stay somewhere that had a lot of character and would allow me to walk through the city and take in as much as possible. Everything was excellent, from the location to amenities. If I come through Austin again, I will definitely book the place again as it exceeded all expectations.

Great Location, and Amazing Place

This is my first time renting a place with this site, and, boy, am I glad this was such a great experience! This place is perfect! It sleeps 5 adults comfortably, and the bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen are incredibly nice. I do recommend using the available parking space at night, since the street in front gets really busy, but that is also a plus, because you can walk anywhere! There are coffee shops, great restaurants, dive bars, and lots to do and see within walking distance.

The beds are comfortable, the linens are nice, the towels are good. All the amenities are top of the line, from the coffee maker to the ipod dock, to the playstation and TV. The owner is very prompt in communicating with you, and even my friends who live in Austin were amazed at how nice and comfortable this place is. You will not be dissappointed!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
