AVAILABLE NOW (including US and Canadian Thanksgiving).

Executive level rental, suitable for VIPs, Families, or Wedding Guests. Sleeps 4 perfectly (King and Queen beds), six in a pinch. Private pool and furnished patio.

Extremely well maintained Malibu style house with a/c with all the amenities! In a very quiet neighborhood, just a couple minutes from parks and a plethora of shops, restaurants, starbucks, and superstores. Also, quick access to highways (near 101, between 17 and 51) and easy drive to airport. (Airport pickup and return service available).

PRIVATE POOL with luxe patio furniture for entertaining. Barbecue, fruit trees, bouganvaleas everywhere. Nice neighbors. Two newly renovated bathrooms, new beds and furnishings. Nothing is missing... walk right in, have a cold drink, check email, turn on satellite TV, or have a swim!

All new linens, utensils, cookware, plates, etc. All spices and condiments. Water filter.

Computer, hi-speed wi-fi, Direct TV satellite, big screen flat panel TV, stereo, DVD player.

It is our own second home, so we keep it sleek and well maintained. There is easy access to the highway routes and lots of great local amenities. It comes fully stocked, and upon arrival you can head straight for the pool deck.... . the BBQ is ready to fire up, and DirecTV and wifi is waiting. The video and images are all accurate:

The sleek 2005 Malibu sedan is an optional rental, fully insured at a great rate per month. If not rented, the car typically stays in the garage, which leaves room for one or two cars in the driveway. Overnight street parking, RVs, trailers and pets are not allowed without express consent. This is a non smoking (indoors) property, and has a full washer and dryer and pool toys. The pool is not heated, and any pets must be preapproved...

This is also affordable for a long term rental, especially during off season. The neighborhood is great and the the house is fully stocked. Easy access to the highway routes and lots of great local amenities. All maintenance is covered. A deposit is required at time of booking, which is non refundable within 90 days prior to checkin.

We are snowbirds who come down to Phoenix from Canada as often as possible to enjoy our handpicked property. We looked at 50 before we bought this one.. a real gem, we love it! We keep it just as we know others would want... exceptionally clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

This is a charming bungalow in a quiet ultra clean and stylish neighborhood.... houses are all in a white, retro Malibu style, very beach community looking. Wide, clean streets with excellent security and yet very close to all manner of amenities. Large parks and walking/cycle trails very near... morning walks in the sunshine!

A late model car can be supplied with the house, fully insured with roadside assistance. Don't forget, you get your own private pool and patio area, inside and out is immaculate with room to entertain... including seating for 16 if need be. Sleeps 4 perfectly, six in a pinch.
