This Magnificent home is centrally located in Miami, a quaint & charming upscale home located within the city limits of Miami and only 15-20 minutes from Miami International Airport, downtown Miami and easy access to the Florida Keys. Near train station and expressways. This 4900 sq. ft incredible home is set on a secluded, tropical, (3/4 acre) property with a large private pool and waterfall,playground, basketball courts and butterfly garden. It will make you feel like you are at a resort! Adjacent neighborhood homes are far enough from the property itself.

This beautiful home sleeps 8+ and has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, (2 are considered master bedrooms, one of them with whirlpool tubs & double sinks,) 4 1/2 baths, a separate office, a huge upscale great room/gym/kitchen/dining room and a living/sitting room with sunny reading nook (that could sleep an extra 2 if necessary). The kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops and back splash, equipped with necessary utensils. The 2 Master BR’s have Queen size beds, BR #3 & #4 have queen size beds & a jack and gill bathroom. Additional amenities include games galore and large dining table for 10+, opening to terrace with BBQ grill and/or outdoor dining, large patio with plenty of seating area, playground, basketball court, pool and waterfall. There is central air conditioning in all rooms.

The property is located near Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and both areas are known for their award-winning restaurants and shopping as well as several waterfront dining eateries minutes away. Take a leisurely stroll or a bike ride through the neighborhood where everything is always green and extremely peaceful. It’s an easy 5 minute drive to tennis courts and theaters, malls (Macys & Nordstroms), boating (sail or motor), rollerblade, kayak or bike rentals; 15 minutes to the airport, downtown Miami or beaches at Key Biscayne; or 20 minutes to world-famous 'South Beach' with it's magnificent beaches, restaurants, clubs, and sidewalk cafes for the ultimate people-watching experience.

No smoking in the house please, but there is plenty of patio where you can smoke.
