A dream week in a dream house

Wow, what an amazing beautiful house with beautiful views. Just a few things you may want to know before renting this home. The Master Suite bedroom shown on the virtual tour on gulfvillarentals.com is closed off. VRBO & Home Away list 2 Kings but there is only one in the guest Master Suite which is very comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the only other beds for the other 2 adults were a queen boat bed or twin beds or bunk beds. The TV and fireplace outside were currently not working and would have been a nice feature for " Daytona 500 Sunday ". We also found the Cinema Room player would overheat and shut down in the middle of a movie after 40 min. We were told to take a 10 min break and return but we tried 3 times with no luck and decided to give up and just not use it. We wound still highly recommend this beautiful home. It has beautiful views, beautiful tile work, lots of space inside and out. The furniture outside around the heated pool is abundant and very comfortable. The view from inside the house is also amazing, however the windows were in need of a cleaning. Ashley, from Gulf Villa Rentals, was great to work with and very helpful and concerned about our needs. You will have to search long to find a nicer house in this price range, as the pictures clearly show. From the moment we arrived we were content to spend our days poolside enjoying the views and luxury this wonderful estate home has to offer .The outdoor grill and bar area were first class, just one of many favorite gathering areas, take your pick. Shopping (Publix & Kmart) were also just minutes away.

If I could take the comments in turn –
I believe some of the confusion has been created by the listing on VRBO against the listing our agent has on their web site. The VRBO page states one King and One Queen but the agents web site showed 2 Kings and had the master suite on the virtual tour, this has now been rectified. To be absolutely clear the home has 1x King,1x Queen and 2 x twin rooms. The Queen bed is in a themed boat landscape overlooking the
River Manatee, we have since this review raised the mattress to allow easier access. The bunk bed room has also been changed to a twin.
The fire place outside is now working, we had been waiting for a certification to be issued before we were allowed to switch this on.
The outside TV, really great idea but to be honest nothing but trouble in all that salt air and sea water, we will remove the outside TV, but please be sure there are no shortage of TV's in the house.
The cinema issue, has been rectified and is now fully functioning.
The windows, no excuses for not having clean windows, this has been resolved by increasing the frequency of window cleaning.
