Sleeps 4, Complete with two Paddleboards!

This 1 bedroom condominium with partial Gulf view is the answer to a hassle free stay at the beach. You can truly enjoy all of the amenities without the noise and complexities of your average highrise condominium. This unit sleeps 4 guests with one bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and and a sleeper sofa in the main room. The unit has a washer/dryer, Samsung refrigerator/freezer, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The unit also has a beach umbrella and 2 paddle boards, 2 paddles, and 2 life jackets for fun in the Gulf. Both paddleboards are 10'6 Riviera soft-tops. The two paddles are adjustable and range from 63 - 83 inches. Parking is available just steps from the stairway leading to this 2nd floor unit. A pool and barbeque pit is also available on the premises.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
60 days or greater from stay: 5% of rental fee is withheld
59 to 30 days from stay: 30% of rental fee is withheld
29 days or less: no refund unless other renters can be found
DAMAGES AGREEMENT: Credit Card info must be exchanged to owner. If damage is incurred to unit, the card on file will be charged for damages. An email will be sent within 2 weeks stating reason for charge
Fees And Taxes Taxes of 12% and cleaning fee of $60 not included
RENTAL PAYMENT OPTION(S):
[Option 1]: Pay full amount at booking
[Option 2]: Two payments: The first payment of 30% must be made prior to 60 days from rental date. The balance is to be paid at least 30 days prior to rental start date. Door code information will be given only after full payment has been made

All payments are made through PayPal. A VISA or Mastercard must be kept on file.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
