Keshav I apartment is situated in the centre of Madrid on Mendez Alvaro Street, just at the exit of Mendez Alvaro Metro (tube) station. This lovely and silent 5th floor apartment with natural light is comprised of 3 bedrooms with 5 single beds + 2 folding beds, and with an enormous built-in wardrobe and bed side tables, huge living room with dinning, 2 complete bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.The apartment building has a 12-hour concierge and a communal swimming pool during the summer months. Underground parking for two cars is also available which connected through elevator to the apartment, ideal for aged and disabled people. On the street level of the apartment building there is a 24 hour pharmacy, supermarket for daily needs and as well as restaurants, Retiro the biggest park of Madrid, Central Railway station Atocha, Central Bus Station & Shopping at the large Hipercor (El Corteingles) departmental store are just a few minutes walk away. Great rental for Family with children

This was a great rental for our family. We have four children and the space was perfect. There is a small grocery store right next door, as well as a Burger King a couple of blocks away. There is also a pharmacy right next door. Having a washing machine to do laundry was a huge for us. We stayed for 10 days and having the option to eat at the apartment and make food to take out and about was great. The Metro is right outside and provides easy access to the city. We had a rental vehicle and having a parking space inside was great. No one wants to be circling the block late in the evening, looking for a parking space with tired kids. Overall made our holiday in Spain easier and more comfortable.
