EXCLUSIVE LUXURY TOWNHOME NEAR 3 WORLD CLASS SKI RESORTS

We have rented a Park City condo 2-3 times each winter for the past 7 years. Over that span of time we have rented many units. Many of them have earned a good rating with us ....but this condo deserves an excellent rating. We spent 4-5 Days at this condo February 2013. My husband and I stayed here with our two young adult children and their spouses. The condo is very roomy. The living area has two sofas which allowed all of us to sit down and enjoy conversation together. The kitchen was roomy and made food preparation a snap. The amply sized dining table allowed us all to share a meal without sitting at the bar. The condo was in great shape and was extremely clean. It was decorated very tastefully. The private hot tub was wonderful to use after a day on the slopes. There were plenty of bathrooms. The master bedroom , closet and bathroom were excellent. The steam shower in the master bathroom was a treat. There was a place to put your personal items in every room ---dressers, closets, hangers etc. There were plenty of linens and they were reasonably new ...even the kitchen towels. Pillows were ample and nice. The full size bed was miserable to sleep in My daughter complained that the mattress was really poor ...it dipped in the middle and she had to sleep in the bunked room to get a good night sleep. Her husband slept all night in the same bed - but he can sleep sitting up. The queen size bed was comfortable and the king size bed in master was perfect for 50+ year old backs. Maly provided exceptional service from our first phone call months ago when we were inquiring about it ....to a speedy deposit refund the day after we returned. We talked to her several times about the condo and she made us feel like we were her guests. Her service was truly excellent. It would not surprise me if she has the bed problem fixed as soon as she reads this review . . she is that responsive to your needs. If she has solved it ...there will be no reason for us to keep looking for condos every year .,....we'll just book this condo early.... and then we will have found our rental home away from home.

Firstly, the pictures are spot on, the unit is beautifully layed out and very well decorated. The jacuzzi on the back deck is awesome and keeps you from walking to the complexes jacuzzi. Upstairs steam shower is just awesome. Beds are comfortable. Location of condo is just great, you are within 1-5 minute driving from everything you can imagine. Probably the most impressive thing is the money they spend on snow clean-up. We got 18" of snow over 24 hours and they hire a huge CAT snow blow to keep everything clean, they even shovel out the driveways in the morning as well. You will not be making a mistake by staying in this condo. Maly the owner is just so sweet as well, we even left a few PS3 games there and she was kind enough to point that out to us and mail them back. Thanks again for making our vacation awesome.

We stayed recently at this property and we were extremely pleased with the location, accommodations and comfort. It was clean and recently updated...excellent place to stay. We would highly recommend and we will consider for future trips to Park City.
