Home of character, built in the 1920's with a west facing balcony, perfect for views of the Downs and evening sundowners. Wonderful family room with wood burner, incorporating kitchen with Aga, breakfast room and cosy snug. Separate sitting room with working fireplace and atmospheric dining room perfect for special occasions. Internet, Sky Television, board games and game consoles for all to enjoy. We have a large garden, perfect for sitting and enjoying an al fresco meal or watching your children playing outdoors. Our home is very quiet and yet in the middle of the village; a short stroll to the local shop for the paper, fresh bread or to top up supplies. A little further down in the village is the playground, perfect for young children, and for those with more energy, bikes can be rented nearby. West Chiltington golf course is very friendly, and the well known West Sussex Golf Course is in the next village.

Nearest Restaurant: Roundabout Hotel is in the village, at 1 Miles

Wonderfull walking nearby with access to the South Downs in the next village, from where you can see breathtaking views of the south coast. 20 minutes drive to the beach and Arundel Castle for history and fine dining. Goodwood is only half an hour away, as is Chichester and Brighton for the Theatre, fantastic restaurants and most leisure pursuits. National Trust properties on your doorstep and RSPB site just round the corner. Golf course in the village and famous Nyetimber vineyard just a few minutes away. Very short walk to village grocery/newsagent, butcher etc, and strolling distance to the pub, what more could you ask for?
