This is a 2 story Spanish Revival built in the 1920's. The house is in A. Avenue, close to the corner of 5th. Two bedrooms, king and queen, upstairs with bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and large walk in closet. There is a walk-in shower in one and bath/shower in the other. The largest bathroom contains laundry room with washer/dryer. Downstairs is the den, full bathroom, living-room, dining-room and a goumet kitchen newley remodeled. The outdoor patio off the dining room has a full BBQ and fireplace with two patio table and chairs for entertaining.
The owner of this home is a local artist. The home is charming, eclectic and comfortable with beautiful Indian and Persian rugs, hardwood floors, and artwork everywhere. 42' flat-screen TV with every program you will ever need plus VHS. There is also a flat screen in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Free wifi throughout the house

This is a beautiful home. We rent our home below the market value because we want only people who will value it's uniqueness and take care of it for us when we are off traveling. It's great for entertaining but
not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is no yard to play in.

an extraordinay Art Deco experience! The house is on A. Avenue close to the corner of 5 th Avenue. The street and neighbors are quiet.
There is lovely patio with a BBQ and outdoor fireplace, with a dinning table that seats four and another for just two. We have just remodeled the kitchen. We have a gardener who maintains the grounds and a friend who waters the potted plants when we are away. All you have to do is move in. There will be a few things to get you started in the refrigerator. Towels, sheets, and all you need is already there. We have two bikes if you request them. If you need a wagon for the the concerts in the park we have one, just ask.
We're enjoying the last week of our month long stay in this gem of a house. We feel right at home here. The owners ensured we have everything we need and then some. They respect our privacy but are also friendly and quick to act on any minor concerns. The house and furnishings are beautifully maintained. We definitely want to come and stay again!
Just completed our second month long stay at this lovely home. Everything is first class and a brand new kitchen adds to the experience. Best of all the landlords are wonderful folks who live in the "casita" right behind the house and are always immediately available to help with any questions. Great location for getting on and off the island quickly and easily. Quiet! We will be back next year!

We have just completed our third Winter in this property and it just gets better every year. Very spacious home that is nicely furnished and has beautifully maintained grounds. Within walking distance of shopping, parks, beaches, golf, tennis and entertainment. Ample parking and low traffic area. Meets our every need and the owners are excellent people who make sure everything is in top working order.
This is a charming, comfortable house located within walking distance of the most pristine beach in southern California, the del Coronado hotel, Spreckels Park, grocery stores, restaurants, the ferry landing (there is a ferry across the Bay to San Diego, which runs frequently) and other points of interest). It is well maintained and the owner is as charming as the home - friendly and extremely helpful. I have recommended this property to others, some of whom have stayed there and have enjoyed it as much as we did.
San Diego Zoo just 5 miles from Coronado. Walk to the village. Bike everywhere. Take the Coronado Ferry to San Diego from the Landing just 1/4 mile from our home.
Public golf course just 2 blocks, 3 blocks from Concerts in the Park and the library. Walk to the beach and shopping.
