About Susan Tappan
I am a local artist in Coronado. You can visit my web site to read more about me. I have lived here for 25 years. My husband and I like to travel and want people who will take care of our home.
I lived in Coronado as a Navy brat and transferred here before retiring from a Corporate job. I was visiting my parents when I decided to make a permanent move. So glad I did. I found the perfect home on A. Avenue. The street and neighbors are quiet.
Susan Tappan purchased this house in 1989

There is lovely patio with a BBQ and outdoor fireplace, with a dinning table that seats four and another for just two. We have just remodeled the kitchen. We have a gardener who maintains the grounds and a friend who waters the potted plants when we are away. All you have to do is move in. There will be a few things to get you started in the refrigerator. Towels, sheets, and all you need is already there. We have two bikes if you request them. If you need a wagon for the the concerts in the park we have one, just ask.
