Welcome to 'A Golfer's Getaway!' centrally located within one of the most popular Country Clubs of the Desert. Palm Valley Country Club is a secured entrance with beautifully lit white palm trees, waterfalls, and a finely manicured green golf course accented with seasonal flowers. A great choice offering a warm welcome to your home away from home. Our home is one of the 1200 homes within Palm Valley Country Club. This 1330 sq. foot unit is one story with views right on the golf course. A clean 2 car garage and a quaint private courtyard are to the front. The courtyard has a table and chairs, built in gas bbq, chimney fire pit, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There are so many things to do whether you choose to just relax in the home, grab a book, grab a glass of wine, and watch the sunset from the rolling green on the back patio. Take in an activity at the Country Club, golfing, swimming, walking within Palm Valley. You can venture out to take on much more in the Palm Springs, La Quinta, Palm Desert area. From local eateries, to the fine dining and shopping of El Paseo- The Rodeo Drive of the desert! If you have never been to the Palm Springs aeriel tramway--it is a must!
