Luxury townhome in a great Park City area location

We really loved our vacation at this house. The location was ideal for us. We were ten minutes door to door from the house to the ski school where we dropped off the 5 & 6 year olds every morning. We were 5 minutes away from a huge ice skating area which was perfect for our rainy day. The tubing was nearby also. The house is brand new which is my favorite thing and equipped with every possible need you could have. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen is totally gourmet outfitted. This house works very well for two families traveling together as there is a living room and master suit upstairs and a living room and master suite downstairs. The downstairs was equally as nice as the upstairs - both had fireplaces, and both levels had wonderful views. There are large flat screen televisions everyday. The house is sited nicely too because I saw an amazing Sunrise sitting at the dining room table and the day ended with a gorgeous sunset off the living room, which has a nice balcony. The street the house is on is very quiet so we felt safe letting the little kids go outside and make a snowman by themselves. This is something they never get to do at home.
The linens were great and so was the water pressure. We plan to book this house next year at the same time because for the money, we really had a great setup .It's a very serene setting and convenient to the shopping we needed/wanted to do.
