Take the private elevator to this luxurious 1000 sqft penthouse: breathtaking view of Paris overlooking the Eiffel Tower on one side, and on the other - Paris as far as the eye can see - as far as the Forest of Chantilly which is 50 kilometers away!
This penthouse on the 10th floor with a panoramic view of Paris is a haven of light and quiet perched in the sky, in a building which boasts the largest private garden in the entire City.
When you walk through the entrance past the antique blond wood table with curved legs and small master oil painting, the walls fall away and you find yourself standing on a white marble floor bathed in the famous Parisian light which streams in from both sides: the entire 550 sqft living-dining room is surrounded by wall to wall sliding-glass windows and a glass ceiling which, at the push of a button, slides open.
To the right, two steps up, is the living room with two couches, an armchair, a fireplace, the stereo and a television (cable) and video player. Look up and you see the sky. Roll back the sliding glass windows, flick the button, the ceiling opens, and you are standing on top of the world with all of Paris sprawling at your feet.
To the left, an antique 19th century English round wooden table, a tuned high quality piano, paintings on the walls, a 17th century marquise, a collection of glasses in a glass cupboard between the two windows - one of which opens unto a terrace you can step out onto overlooking the garden below and Paris and the Eiffel Tower beyond.
Straight ahead -a bookshelf filled with art and theater books, beautiful objects collected from all over the world. Also straight ahead the door which leads into the passage with its sliding mirror closets leading to the bedroom and bathroom.
The cozy but functional kitchen has all amenities - electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and steamer. Here too, cleverly concealed, are the washing and drying machines.
The large bedroom has wall-to-wall off-white carpeting and a King size bed. Reclining in bed, you can see the Eiffel Tower. The bedroom also has an antique desk, a printer, bookshelves, a large television and video player.
From the bedroom too, the glass windows slide back and you can step out on to the terrace, look down at the largest private garden in the city, or out over the rooftops to the ever present Eiffel Tower.
Across the passage, the sand-colored marble floor bathroom with, a separate shower, a large curved bathtub and radiator towel racks. Here too, you can soak in a hot bath and look out over the city.
The WC is separate.
One hour cleaning a day is included.
Catering for a small gathering is also possible for an additional fee, on request.

This apartment is even better than depicted in the photos. If you want to experience Paris as a local, this is your choice. Great central location right off V. Hugo plaza. Unbelievable views from every window. The owner and host were very communicative and friendly. Our host greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with transportation, restaurants, sites to see, and was available to us by phone if we had questions about anything. Her hospitality made our stay even more special. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would expect to find in a home. It is a short walk to the market, bakery, cafes, pharmacy and anything you might need. Our stay included a daily housekeeper, who arrived at prescheduled times while we were out. You can't go wrong with this one.
Place was wonderful. Bright, airy feeling... Great location / neighborhood and views. Accommodations were perfect. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Highly recommend. We'll be back.
Paris.. a city of ageless charm, iconic buildings, wonderful food and wine, and interesting people ...and our 2 weeks there were only enough to scratch the surface. We were fortunate to have a "home" as our base of operations thanks to the boundless courtesy of the charming owners of this property, who were there to greet us on our arrival, provide us with a warm welcome of both food and advice, and were never far away when we had questions on where to go or how to get there. The property is even more special than the photos show. It is beautifully decorated, well maintained, very comfortable, and has wonderful views in all directions; but nothing compared to the stunning view of the Tour Eiffel, which provided a nightly light show as well as a stunning back-drop for all kinds of weather (including several rainbows). The apartment also has access to its own beautiful garden (the largest private garden in Paris). The location in the 16th arrondissement is very safe and has many fine bread, wine and cheese shops, restaurants, bistros, brasseries, and cafes in close proximity to the apartment. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of several Metro stations, bus routes, and regional rail stations, making our many trips to the Seine, museums, historic buildings, churches, and even Versailles quite easy. It is a wonderful apartment in one of the most beautiful cities on the planet, and we look forward to our next visit to both.
This apartment was a fabulous place to stay. Location, amazing. Owners, fantastic. Everything we were looking for as we celebrated 25 years of marriage in the most amazing and romantic city. You simply cannot go wrong renting this lovely penthouse apartment. Wow. Clean, near the subways, near parks, restaurants, shopping, sights.
We could not have been more surprised and happy with this magnificent apartment. The views, yes multiple views of the Eiffel Tower were especially spectacular at night with the amazing architectural structure sparkling against the night sky!! The location is superb, taxi stand within 2 minutes as well as the Metro and train only 2-3 minutes walk. Grocery, bistros, shopping etc. just across the street. 8 - 10 minute walk to the Arc de triomphe. The apartment is full of natural light from both the north and south, appointed with power window screens for dark sleeping conditions. We were so happy with how quiet the apartment was the entire stay. The bathroom was exceptional with a 2 person tub and very nice separate shower, a views overlooking the city to the south from the tub and entire living room were mesmerizing!! Our host and hostess were more than accommodating, making recommendations, and reservations for us at many fabulous restaurants that were not on "our extensive list", we saw so much more of the real Paris because of their kind assistance. We cannot thank them enough, they made us feel like old friends.
