Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

The villa is located in the famous Seminyak Beach area, only within a short walking distance from the beach, yet the location is set back that you can stay in a quiet atmosphere when you are 'home'.

The Villa is designed as an 'Atrium House' with plunge pool, sun deck, fishpond and tropical garden integrated into the house, which provides complete privacy to you.

There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, plunge swimming pool and small garden. The master bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed,walk in closet and an adjacent bathroom with terrazzo bathtub. The second bedroom with a queen size bed has an adjacent outdoor bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed and with a non adjacent bathroom .

The villa includes 3 to 4 hours maid service per day. The maid will be at your disposal every morning from 9 am to 12 pm (except Sundays and major holidays).

She will take care of changing linens ,cleaning the house, making your breakfast with your supply and will help with small shopping for food or taking your personal laundry to the laundry mat .The garden and pool are cleaned three times weekly.

About Anama

I was born and raised in Germany. Since 1990 I have been the owner of a Design and Clothing Company ,which has its manufacturing operation in Bali and its distribution in the USA. 10 years ago I designed and built a beautiful villa close to the famous sunset beach in Bali, Seminyak which I use for a few months when I am in Bali. and rent the rest of the year. It used to be surrounded by nothing but rice fields back then . Now it is surrounded by beautiful small boutique hotels and other private villas,but nevertheless it has kept its own unique charm.

I had rented houses for many years in the countryside of Bali before . Buying this home has allowed me to be only a few steps away from the beach and a short taxi or motorbike ride to all the famous restaurant and boutiques of Seminyak,which is considered the heart of Bali these days .

Had a great time with my family of 5 including 3 kids at this villa. Exactly as pictured. Maid was very helpful and made breakfast for us each morning. There was a driver and van available for touring and airport pickup/dropoffs. There was even some great breakfast foods left in the fridge for us - very thoughtful and appreciated. A 15 min walk to Seminyak beach and about the same to the main Seminyak shopping area. Quiet and convenient - exactly what we were looking for.
