This much-loved century home is in the heart of Ramsay situated on a tree-lined street and only minutes from some of Calgary's most popular destinations. Walking distance to the Calgary Zoo, a short bike ride to downtown along the River Pathway, 10 minutes to LRT and the bus stop is just around the corner. Also, you couldn't get much closer to the Stampede Grounds or if you are wanting to catch a game at the Saddledome. This house is also located within the Car2Go network area (and you can take the Car2Go to the airport!).
Back deck with charcoal BBQ and table for four, and front porch for watching the people stroll by. Street parking is available for up to two cars. Laundry facilities on premises. Up to two bikes can be stored inside with other sporting equipment.
This house sleeps four comfortably.
Linens and kitchen supplies included. Cleaning provided in between guests and additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
The house itself has had some renovations done over the past few years and has been decorated in bright cheerful colours making this a comfortable place to hang your hat while visiting the Gateway to the West.

Why Gena chose Calgary
I bought this property for the lifestyle it has afforded me. Great restaurants, good music venues, close to downtown and because I ride my bike as a primary form of transportation in the summer, this location is ideal. Oh - and my favorite coffee shop, Caffe Rosso, is just four blocks away! If you are looking for a good latte and friendly service this is the place to go.
What makes this bungalow unique
This is a World War I home. Original hardwood floors and plaster walls give it that unique 'old-school' feel, but it is the arts and crafts style that is unique. From the arched ceiling in the living room, to the over-stuffed chair by the window this is a cozy little corner of downtown Calgary.
The basement has a second living-room with comfy sofa and flat screen TV for those winter nights that you just want to curl up.
Or perhaps you want to host an apres-ski the dining room boasts a table that seats eight.
