Completely renovated Zen like retreat, Gulf View

We stayed at Sol Mate during an extended weekend a couple weeks back and it was wonderful! We were looking to have a spring break where we could relax in private, but where we could also enjoy shops, restaurants and a good social atmosphere. This was the perfect spot!

Sol Mate is located off the 30A, which is filled with tons of fun shops and amazing restaurants. It is close enough to everything that you can either walk or conveniently rent a bike to travel back and forth, but it is also far enough away that you can avoid it all and just relax on the quiet beach or in the perfectly heated pool. We went down during the prime spring break time so I was a little nervous about encountering crazy and loud spring breakers, but this was not the case at all! The beach in front of the condo always had plenty of room and at times it even felt like we were on our own private beach. On our last night, we went for a walk at sunset and we only saw a total of 5 people the whole time we were out there…it was wonderful and very romantic!

The condo itself is beautifully decorated and you can tell that the owners put a lot of thought and care into making sure the space looks perfect and feels comfortable. With the condo being a studio, I was a little concerned with the amount of room there would be because we both like our own space, however, this was never an issue. The living room is quite large with very comfortable furniture, and the kitchen is also a big space with everything you need to make dinner on the nights you want to stay in. I also really loved the large porch which has a great view of the pool and a peekaboo view of the beach. Perfect for sitting out and enjoying your morning coffee.

Overall, the condo is beautiful and spacious, and the area outside is perfect for whatever adventure you are looking for. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next trip back!

Excellent place to get away and enjoy. Brand new and beautiful. Elevator so no steps. Easy walk to beach and can see and hear the ocean. Sunny deck with chairs for sitting in the sun and reading. Everything needed for cooking a meal if you care to. We played cards or watched TV when it rained. We would highly recommend "Soul Mate". We bought fresh Schrimp at the Fish and Meat store on 30A and ate at the Cowgirl Kitchen , Cafe 30A and Country Kitchen, and would recommend all.

Me and my husband recently spent four great days at your condo for his birthday trip. The furnishings were just as described and pictured, and the location was fantastic. We have been vacationing in the area for over 10 years now and have stayed in many different units. I have to say that location wise, decor, and for the price, this could be the best yet. Check in and out was hassle free and adding bike rentals from Big Fish bike rentals was also easy and a great addition (the bikes were waiting for us when we got there). Could not recommend any higher. Hope we can stay longer next time.
