Beautifully furnished executive home on gated community near Disney. Welcome to our beautiful Orlando villa set in a gated community within a quiet Cul-de-Sac. 10 minutes from Disney with Championsgate golf, shopping and restaurants nearby. Spacious outside areas for you to enjoy; pool & spa and plenty of pool deck for enjoying the Florida sunshine. A large lanii (covered area) with seats for dining and a large balcony with wonderful views of the orange groves behind the property.

This executive home is huge with over 3200 sqft of inside space. The villa has the luxury of two living areas and a large fully-fitted kitchen. A more formal living area entered through elegant pillars has relaxed seating & a large dining table. The family area has a large sectional & flat-screen TV with PS3. A luxury master suite, beautifully furnished with luxury bathroom and dressing room. Both master bedrooms have French doors to the balcony. Games Room: Slate-bed pool table and full-size air hockey.

Brand New Shopping Centre: A large open air mall totalling 1.5 million square feet is currently under construction in Posner Park. Shops are currently open there and more are opening steadily. When completed, it will be one of the largest retail centres in Florida and located just 5 minutes away from The Shire. True First Class Experience - Real Home From Home

Dear Kesh,

Having been home for almost a week now I felt I must drop you a line to thank you for the use of your villa in Florida.

We were all delighted with the house and everything about it, from the decor to the equipment and facilities you provide, it was all first class and a real home from home.

My son and his family had rented another villa just round the corner in Suffolk Place and so it was really great having my two children, their spouses and five grandchildren on holiday together.

The only disappointment was the weather in the first week when the temperature was in the 50’s but at least it was warmer than in the UK

I trust we left the property in good shape and again many thanks.

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying in your villa. As soon as we walked in, we were speechless. The house was so breath-taking beautiful, it was just as described on the website. The only drawback is that I wish you had safety gates for the stairs. Everything was so clean and well maintained. I loved standing out on the balcony of the master suite with my husband, enjoying the night air and watching the hot air balloons in the mornings. My very first visit to Florida was so amazing that I am planning to make it an annual thing.

Thank you so much for all your hospitality and for making our trip very memorable.

This was an excellent property, well equipped, furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. It was exactly as described on the website and the photos were a true and accurate reflection. The pool area enjoyed the sun all day and was very private as there was no property facing on to us.

There were 6 adults and 3 children in our party and this villa had lots of room for everyone. The children enjoyed the large tv to play the Playstation and the games room in the garage. We also found the computer useful.

Kesh who was the contact for this property always replied to any e-mails I sent quickly. The management company were also very helpful with any queries I had.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to a friend or relative and would book again should we return to Florida in the future.

The villa is close to the I4 and Disney is about 25/30 minutes away. A car is essential.

We used the Publix supermarket at Champions Gate and also found the shops at Posner Park useful. Walmart was about 20 minutes away and useful for a large shop at the beginning of the holiday. We ate at the Cracker Barrell on the nearby US27, The Outback Steakhouse near the Premium Outlets and Sweet Tomatoes at the Crossroads on the US535 just off Exit 68.

You will not be disappointed if you chose this home for your Florida vacation

Lovely House, Great Location

We booked this property at the last minute and couldn't have been happier. The house was lovely - extremely spacious and very clean. Everything we needed was right there and the management company were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything.
The location of the property is perfect - a quiet and very pleasant gated community yet only 10 mins from the attractions. There is a publix supermarket just down the rd and a massive outlet centre just a short drive away.
I think this house would be absolutely perfect for a couple of families holidaying together as the house is large enough to cope with lots of people and there are 3 great doubles with en-suite bathrooms as well as the two twin bedded rooms for the kids. The property backs onto an orange grove which means that you do not feel overlooked when you are in the pool area.
There is a community club house which we had a look at - unfortunately when we were there (Sep/Oct 2010) the children's playground had not been built yet, but there was a very large pool - that we did not need to use as we had our own private pool..... There was a gym but the equipment was pretty average and extremely limited - only a treadmill, a cross trainer, a rubbish bike and a multi-functional weights unit - no floor mats or free weights and you could not adjust the air-conditioning so the room was very stuffy.
Overall I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we would absolutely consider staying here again.

Luxury At Its Best

This home was the best choice for my family which included three children. It was better than checking into any four star hotel. The master bedroom was quite a charmer, all I can say was wow!!!. I loved the roomy decor and it was definitely my temporary luxury away from home. The pool was the highlight of our stay and couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Kesh for letting us stay in your beautiful home and will definitely be back in the future.
