Vacation Home with Private Pool and Putting Green!

We rented this home for the month of March all in all the house itself was very nice but we did have a few concerns. In the listing it gives you the impression it's located in Queen Creek when actually it was San Tan Valley which was over 10 miles away. The listing shows 2 pictures that aren't even this home...one was a lower bedroom with a patio door and the other was a brick patio with bushes and a grill. It stated that there was a beautiful view from the bedroom of the pool. putting green, mountains, etc. but that was not true...if we were allowed to use the master bedroom then that would have been a true statement! The listing also lists a fireplace/gas fireplace which was also not true...we never found that. We never saw any futons or sleep sofas either.
The pool would have been great if we could have used it more....when we first arrived the heater wasn't making the water warm enough for us to use it and then it completely broke down...it took several days before it was fixed so we only got to use the pool 3 times for the month. It would be nice if there would have been some pool lounge chairs to relax on while sitting in the warm Arizona sun instead of stiff patio chairs!
We like hearing birds in the morning but there were pigeons nesting under the front bedroom windows ... from what we were told it would be an easy fix to keep them off and stop the constant noise they start making at 4:00 in the morning!! The putting green, pool table, patio furniture, BBQ grill, pool (when finally heated) and TV were great. The kitchen needed more cooking items like some pyrex bowls, hand mixer, serving dishes also laundry baskets and a few more hangers would have been good too.
