Come and spend your holiday at our bright, sunny family home. Excellent location, with only a stroll away from the beach for a refreshing dip in the sea. Close to the charming village Mili (a 10 min. walk) with traditional greek tavernas, famous for their fresh fish. All amenities you need on holiday are here: baker, butcher, pharmacy, and supermarket. The romantic Venetian town of Nafplion is only a short drive away (10 min.), and has buzzing nightlife for the whole family. Enjoy a coffee on the promenade, visit the Palamidi Fortress or one of the many boutiques in the old town. The famous archaeological sites of Epidavros and Myceanes are nearby (45 min.). You will certainly enjoy the splendid scenery of the Peloponese. Take a trip to nearby villages along the coastline with secluded beaches, or go inland for a scenic drive. Our family house is newly built, on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and spacious balconies with lovely sea views.

Our family house is located at the outskirts of the small village of Mili. The picturesque village lies at the seaside, in between Argos (at 5km.) and Nafplion (at 7 km.). It is a quiet and peaceful, traditional Greek village. Everything required on a daily basis is available from local shops and taverns. Mili is also well-known for the best souvlaki in the area! The small harbour with fishing boats at the pier give you a lovely scenery. The quiet free beach has shingle and a gentle sea. For more organised beach fun there is the nearby Karathona beach of Nafplion (15 min.) or the sandy beach at Tolo (30 min.). There you can find all kinds of water sports, beach bars, sun beds and umbrellas. The Peloponese has several archaeological sites to visit: Epidavros, Myceane, Corinth, Olympia, Mistras and even a volcano. A car is necessary, but public transport is available in Mili (train and bus). From the beach resort in Tolo daily cruises go to the Saronic Islands of Hydra and Spetses.

Notes: The house is on two floors. The first floor comprises open plan lounge/diner and spacious kitchen and a WC. A marble staircase leads to the top floor with 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower enclosure. The first floor balcony with splendid sea views has a dining table and chairs and is a great place to enjoy your breakfast or dinner. The double doors make it a nice extension of the living area. The balcony at the back of the house has lovely open rural views and is shaded most parts of the day. The balcony upstairs at the front of the house is a good place to sunbathe with its sea view, 2 sun beds and an umbrella. The area and the walk to the beach, shops and tavernas is flat. The house has an internal staircase and stairs up to it. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, but please not in the apartment. There lies a small railway track behind the house. The local train passes by at very low speed, only 3 times a day.
