Completed in 2006 in Legacy Retreat, Legacy Park, this fantastic home will offer you and your family the ultimate in luxury, comfort, peace and quiet during their stay in Orlando for an affordable price. It is spacious (2766 sq ft and can accommodate 2 families), immaculate inside and outside, furnished to an exceptionally high standard, centrally air-conditioned with television in each of the five bedrooms, extra large screened pool with spa and large lanai/deck area. There is high-speed Wi-Fi internet facility. The garage has been converted into an air-conditioned games room equipped with table tennis, foosball and electronic darts-board. The spacious pool area is a perfect place to chill out and watch the beautiful sunset after a lovely day at the theme parks. A pool safety fence provides safety for young children.

Now retiring, I have carefully chosen to buy a home that does meet my requirements and surely will meet the expectations of our guests as well as allowing them to enjoy all the marvelous attractions that the Disney-Central-Florida area offers.

What makes this villa unique

2677 sq ft of pure comfort and peace, yet very close to shopping areas and restaurants. That's what attracted me most to this property.

“Beau Séjour” is located in Legacy Park, Davenport Central –Disney- Orlando area, Florida. It is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney amusement park and 17 miles from SeaWorld.

You can explore all the other central Florida attractions and theme parks from 'Beau Séjour' easily, which is located in the US27, 2 miles south of the 192. The Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour’s drive away. The Interstate 4 is only minutes away for journeys to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the beautiful area of Clearwater. As for facilities, “Beau Séjour' is close to several supermarkets, including Publix and WallMart and restaurants and is surrounded by many championship golf courses.

The house was great and the kids really enjoyed the pool/spa. The 5 bedrooms allowed the whole family a place to be away from the others but still be in on the action is they wanted. The game room was an added bonus as the kids really enjoyed the ping pong table the most. The kitchen layout was perfect and had every we need to make the stay great. Thanks.

A great place to visit Orlando from

This place is as nice as it looks or appears. It actually is bigger than we imagined but just as clean, well maintained and new as it appears on the pictures.
We stayed 8 days and fully enjoyed it.
Close to everyday shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is well maintained and clean.
We found everything we needed at the house. We only had to purchase everyday consumables.
Everything went well, no surprises. Take a chance - book this one. You will enjoy the place and love Orlando.

My family stayed at Beau Sejour during the Christmas holidays and the experience was great! The house was exactly as listed, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the theme parks. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was perfect for families with small children.The owner and property manager responded quickly to all my questions and the transaction went smoothly without any problems. I recommend this property to anyone considering vacationing in Orlando. You won't be disappointed!
