This newly built craftsman style bungalow is the perfect spot for your next mountain vacation. Professionally decorated and backing to over 100 acres of open space with mountain views, this home has everything you would expect in a luxury rental: beautiful furnishings, in floor radiant heating, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, wool carpeting, etc.

The main level features a living room with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, a cozy den with daybed, dining room, open concept gourmet kitchen with JennAir appliances, full laundry room and half bath. The second story features a master bedroom with a flatscreen TV, walk-in closet and private bath (complete with soaking tub, separate shower, granite counters, and double sinks). The second bedroom (queen bed) and third bedroom (bunk beds and twin) are connected by a full bathroom with granite counters and double sinks.

This home is minutes from downtown Winter Park and the base of Winter Park Ski Resort. Just steps from this home you can also access Grand Park’s extensive trail system for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing which is groomed year-round. Walk or ride to the new Grand Park Rec Center, complete with a state of the art work out facility as well as an indoor swimming pool.

In the warmer months, you can also enjoy: fishing in the stocked pond behind the house or fly fishing on the Fraser River; outdoor concerts; golf at the renowned Pole Creek Golf Club; bike rides to The Village at Grand Park for dinner and a street fair; and endless exploration of the Rocky Mountains.

This amazing home is located in the heart of the Fraser Valley. Enjoy all that Grand County has to offer - with a Free Shuttle bus just steps away in the winter. Both Fraser and Winter Park are moments away - with restaurants,bars and Safeway within a five minute drive. This home is also close to the beautiful Grand Park Recreation Center, and the new bowling alley and cinema. World renowned Winter Park / Mary Jane ski area is a quick shuttle bus away or you can drive to the resort. Summer is full of opportunities for fly fishing, rafting, biking, hiking, golfing, swimming all throughout the area. Nearby Grand Lake provides boating/water sports opportunities at three large lakes, Shadow Mountain, Grand Lake and Lake Granby.

The home was clean, beautiful, nicely furnished and everything was as advertised. The hot tub was clean and worked great--even in below zero temps! We've stayed in a lot of rental homes and this one was one of our top 5. Thanks!
