4 bedroom, 3 full bath centrally located to many Austin and Bastrop Attractions.

The house is in a stunning, quiet neighborhood. A beautiful subdivision originally developed and centered around the former green of a community golf course that is maintained as a green space. It has beautiful hand, chiseled hickory floors, Trey ceilings, and upscale, luxurious furnishings. The appliances are all new, stainless steel and the laundry includes a new front loading washer and dryer.

Built in 2001 and in 2008, the house was carefully remodeled. The property includes: a large living-room, sitting room with piano, kitchen (all new appliances), laundry room, four bedrooms (master bedroom is huge) and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen bed, another bedroom has a double and one bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a very comfortable couch, which, if needed could sleep one person. In addition there is a queen size aero-bed available with linens for additional sleeping. There is a back patio with a country view. The garage can accommodate two vehicles. All the rooms are large and pleasingly decorated.

This BEAUTIFUL house is clean and spacious with a country feel!!! A perfect getaway!! And talk about a great location! It’s right in the center of many activities and events. Located in historic Bastrop, with its many unique events and interesting places to visit, there is golfing, river, fishing, skating, antiquing, fine dining and more.

Many wonderful restaurants, antique stores, a hospital and large grocery stores can be found in Bastrop. Buescher State Parks is only 9 miles away in lovely Smithville, where there is fishing, swimming, camping, or kayaking. Rocky Hill Ranch Mountain Bike Park and Pine Forest Golf Club are also nearby.

The location is perfect to get to Austin. Just 30 minutes away of Austin’s many fabulous attractions, such as SXSW, ACL Fest, Austin’s famous 6th Street, Texas State Capital, UT Football Stadium, and beautiful Zilker Park. San Marcos Outlet Mall is only 45 minutes away.

Also, A very nice, 30 minute country drive to the NEW FORMULA 1 US GRAND PRIX!!!

Some of the best antiquing in Texas is located an easy 45 mile drive away in Round Top, TX.
