Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this bright and welcoming 2BR/2BA + den villa that is warmly furnished to meet all of your vacation needs. Situated in the beautiful Meadows of Sarasota, it is a place to rest and restore your spirit while offering opportunities to reinvigorate yourself with golf, tennis, miles of biking and walking trails, and nearby beaches.

Begin your mornings with coffee or tea by the private pool in the lanai while taking in picturesque views of the wooded areas along the adjacent golf course. Soothe body and mind in your own spa or opt for the heated Lyndhurst Court community pool just a few doors away. You can also walk, jog, or bike along miles of Meadows' trails lined by lush tropical foliage, or simply relax and truly enjoy your escape from winter.

The master BR adjoining the lanai and pool area offers a king bed and luxurious bathroom area while the 2nd BR has a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom; both BRs have walk-in closets. The cozy den located between the two bedrooms is a great place to relax, read, watch TV, or catch up on your email; it also has a comfortable couch that opens to a queen sleeper as well as double doors to provide privacy for your guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the patio area that has an outdoor grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. The laundry room offers a washer and dryer and the large garage accommodates two cars. Three HDTVs, a compact AM/FM/CD/MP3 stereo, and wireless internet are all available to meet your entertainment needs.

The Meadows is a true gem in the Sarasota area offering three golf courses (2 public), tennis and exercise facillities, walking/biking trails, and numerous nearby shopping and restaurant options. The pristine white sands of Siesta Key Beach, rated as one of America’s best beaches, are minutes away by car. Disney World in Orlando is a short 2-hour drive away.

We have loved the Sarasota area after visiting here often from New England. As avid golfers, there are many wonderful courses to play in the Sarasota area. The nearby beaches are fantastic for walks at sunset. The beauty of The Meadows and the walking trails make this a special place.

What makes this villa unique

This spacious villa is light and bright and welcomes you with warmth as soon as you enter. The golf course and walking trails out the back door made this particular villa all the more desirable.
