Located off 360, you have easy access to most of Austin's events attractions.

This property is situated on a quiet street in Lost Creek subdivision. With 5 bedrooms and 3200 sq ft, ten adults can sleep comfortably. One Master suite is located on the first floor while the other master and three other guest rooms are upstairs. There are two king size beds, one queen, one full size bed and two twin beds. If needed, there are also two queen size inflatable beds and a baby bed available.

Along with a large yard and covered patios, there is also a pool, gas grill and outdoor seating and dining. WIFI, five TV's with cable, CD player, DVD and stereo surround sound are but a few of the amenities offered.

While enjoying all the fun that Austin offers, why not stay in a home that is all about comfort and privacy? The rooms are well equipped to give a traveler some peace and relaxation. Barbeque and dine at poolside or put you feet up and enjoy any of the 5 TVs inside. This is a home meant for family enjoyment and to get away from the hassle of city events.

What makes this house unique

I love the location and the scenery that Westlake affords. There are many places for fine dining within 5 minutes of this house. HEB is a superb grocery/pharmacy that offers anything and everything you might want. The Westlake Medical Center is located at Bee Caves and 360 and offers an Emergency Room as well as a hospital and Medical offices. Close shopping malls are Barton Creek Mall, Hill Country Gallery and the Domaine which is at the northern end of 360. Zilker Park/ Baron Springs Pool are on the east side of Loop 1 (within 10 minutes). Downtown and 6th Street is a short trip over Lady Bird Lake on Loop 1 from 360. F1 race track is east off 360 as is the Austin Bergstrom Airport.

The greatest advantage of being in Westlake is that you can access most of Austin without ever having to drive on IH35. You also have the peace of mind that you are in a very secure and safe area of Austin. The hills, scenery and the access to Lake Austin and Lake Travis are pluses that make this a prime location to any visitor who comes to our fair city.

This property is located in scenic Westlake Hills which offers nearby amenities such as grocery shopping, Barton Creek Mall, fine dining, Barton Creek Country Club, Austin Country Club and Lost Creek Country Club. Avoid traffic on I35 and Loop 1 by taking 360 north to Lake Austin or the Arboretum for shopping and south to F1 track or the airport. Downtown, UT, Lake Austin boat ramp, Zilker Park, the Domaine, Hill Country Gallery and 6th Street are all within 20 minutes .

Lost Creek neighborhood is a quiet and safe subdivision that has a wonderful playground area that never fails to entertain the young. You can immediately access 360 to reach most of the Austin attractions with ease. If country driving or hill country towns are desired, leave Austin behind within 10 minutes of this home and go to the scenic areas of the Texas hill country.

This house is absolutely amazing! My company and I traveled from New York to Austin for SXSW. The accommodations were exceptional and the owner was more than helpful! Our trip was hassle free and very comfortable. We were able to sleep 8 with plenty of room for additional guests. Great living area to hang out, backyard is lovely to relax in, and bedrooms are large. This home made our trip complete!
