Completely remodeled with top of the line Bosch and Miele appliances and beautifully detailed finishes throughout. Four skylights bathe the interior with warmth and light. You will enjoy being minutes from major freeways and seconds from public transportation.

About Gina Medina

Originally from Italy, I have lived in Seattle for 50 years always in the Madison park and Capitol Hill neighborhoods. Currently I live about ten blocks from this property so I know the neighborhood very well.

Why Gina Medina chose Seattle

I purchased this property with the intention of someday retiring in it. In the mean time, I am happy to share it with Seattle visitors who appreciate a beautifully maintained quality home.

What makes this apartment unique

Along with the fantastic location are the views from the living room, and deck. The private yard has the mood of a cottage garden with local flowers and plants. The kitchen with its high end appliances satisfies the gourmet cook. The skylights add brightness and a welcoming feeling.

Wonderful apartment and very nice owners

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for more then one month.
The apartament is perfectly located in Capitol Hill, the bus stop is in front of the house and Seattle dwontown is 5 minutes far. The highway is also near and easy reachable without having traffic issue,
All around market, shopping and whatever needed.

Fornitures are perfect, nothing missing! Privacy is garanteed, nice view on Lake Washington and mountains.

A special thanks go to the owners Gina and Frank. They gave us a very warm welcome and their hospitality has been like a family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful Brigh apartment

My Husband and I had a wonderful week in the apartment over Christmas. The landlady lives nearby and is very helpful and attentive. The lacation is convenient, parking is adjacent to the front door,the internet and TV worked well,and the apartment is beautiful-light and bgright-a challange in Seattle in the Winter!Very well mantained and clean,beautiful hardwood floors and confertable furniture, nic e distant view of snowcapped mountains and Lake Washington. I recommend it and would definetely stay again, if it's available on our next trip to Seattle

Perfect location if going to SCCA or UWMC!

Bright and Cheery, this unit is very comfortable for long stays. Very clean and modern. Only 15 mins from SCCA and UWMC so if working with cancer, this is perfect place to stay. Owner is very nice and accomodating! Would hightly recommend staying here for short term or long!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
